Mrs. TES Thea Phy , Finance and Administration Coordinator, TheaPhy joined NTFP-EP in 2015 as Finance and Administration Coordinator. She has more than 36-year experience in field of finance and administration working with a number of state offices, government companies and NGOs. She held a variety of management positions such as working with Mith Samlanh/Friends as a Finance Coordinator and last NGO with KAPE/SDPP as a Program Admin/Finance Manager. Regarding to the education background, she graduated in Bachelor of Arts in Technical Industry including Finance-Accounting from UZBEKISTAN.
